Reconnective Healing Session

You may wear any type of comfortable clothing, except for those with sharp or rough objects that might damage the massage table. You will be asked to remove your shoes. You will then lie face up, with eyes closed, on a massage table for approximately thirty minutes.

It is best to just let your mind wander – notice and observe whatever it is that you are experiencing or not experiencing. Avoid prayer, meditation, actively thinking about issues or assisting the practitioner. Calmly know that any prayers prior to the session have been heard.

Outcomes are most dramatic when individuals are open to whatever is perfect for them at the time and not attached to a specific outcome. An optional 5 minute free reflexology foot massage is provided that helps the client relax at start of session. After your session we will discuss any details to your experience.

The frequencies involved in Reconnective Healing are usually able to be felt by the practitioner and client. Research appears to show they go beyond simple energy but into light and information restoring our original human multidimensional design.
